Welcome to the Terms of Service (ToS) for Illusion Roleplay. By accessing or using any of our web properties, game servers, or related services, you agree to be bound by these ToS, along with our Privacy Policy and server Ruleset.

  1. General Terms

    1. Illusion Roleplay reserves the right to change, modify, or update these ToS at any time without prior notice.
    2. We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or modify our services, or any portion thereof, at any time.
    3. We are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using our services.
    4. Illusion Roleplay is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or any entity associated with the Grand Theft Auto series.

  2. Prohibited Conduct

    1. You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
    2. Harassment, threats, or intimidation of other players is strictly prohibited.
    3. Exploiting bugs or glitches is not allowed. Report issues immediately to our staff.
    4. You may not claim ownership of any materials from GTA 5 or FiveM.
    5. You must be at least 18 years of age to play on our server.

  3. Refund Policy

    1. All purchases made through our Tebex store are final and non-refundable.
    2. Chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from our server.

  4. Disclaimer of Warranties

    1. No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding the accuracy or reliability of our services.
    2. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
    3. Illusion Roleplay is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using our services.

  5. Limitation of Liability

    1. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
    2. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.

  6. Indemnification

    1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Illusion Roleplay from any claims arising out of your use of our services.

  7. Governing Law

    1. These ToS are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California.

  8. Entire Agreement

    1. These ToS, along with our Privacy Policy and Ruleset, constitute the entire agreement between you and Illusion Roleplay.
